Returns

Items fulfilled directly by Hug Fight may be returned within 30 days of delivery, unless otherwise noted on the product page.

To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused and in its original condition.
• Any original packaging should be included when applicable.
• You must contact us before sending the item back.
• Proof of purchase or your order number may be required.

To request a return, get in touch with your order number and the item you would like to return.

Please do not mail a return without contacting us first.

Made-to-Order Merchandise

Certain Hug Fight products—including T-shirts, hats, mugs, and other printed merchandise—are made specifically for your order by our fulfillment partner.

Because these products are produced on demand, they are generally not eligible for returns or exchanges due to change of mind.

However, if your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and we will make it right.
