Magic Use Disclaimer
Fizzy Wizard would like to make one thing perfectly clear:
No magic is used in the operation of this business.
All Fizzy Wizard products, services, and business activities are conducted through manual, mechanical, conventional, or otherwise non-magical means.
For purposes of this Disclaimer, “magic” includes, without limitation, any spell, charm, enchantment, conjuration, transfiguration, teleportation, levitation, summoning, magical transformation, supernatural manipulation, or other comparable magical act, process, effect, or assistance.
General Statement
Fizzy Wizard does not use magic in connection with the production, preparation, carbonation, flavoring, packaging, labeling, storage, transportation, fulfillment, marketing, sale, maintenance, administration, or general operation of its business.
All such activities are performed through conventional, manual, mechanical, or otherwise non-magical methods.
No magical method may be used to reduce labor, accelerate production, increase efficiency, transport goods, alter materials, repair equipment, duplicate inventory, automate a manual process, or otherwise achieve a result that would ordinarily require conventional effort.
The availability of a faster, easier, or more convenient magical alternative does not alter this restriction.
Prohibited Magical Assistance
Magic is not authorized for use in connection with Fizzy Wizard operations, whether performed directly or indirectly.
This prohibition includes the use of magic to:
- Create, alter, transform, duplicate, repair, move, or remove physical objects
- Modify ingredients, materials, equipment, packaging, or finished products
- Accelerate or automate production or fulfillment
- Transport persons, products, inventory, equipment, or materials
- Perform maintenance, cleaning, organization, or other operational tasks
- Produce information, instructions, calculations, or other business results through magical means
- Avoid, replace, or materially reduce work that would otherwise be performed through conventional methods
The use of magic remains prohibited regardless of whether the same result could also be achieved through non-magical means.
Personnel
No individual acting on behalf of Fizzy Wizard is authorized to use magic in connection with Fizzy Wizard operations.
Prior magical education, training, experience, certification, licensure, ability, or familiarity with magical practices does not constitute authorization to use magic in the course of business activities.
The presence of a former wizard on Fizzy Wizard premises should not, by itself, be interpreted as evidence that magic is being used.
Likewise, the possession of wizard-related clothing, tools, terminology, symbols, equipment, or other materials does not establish magical activity.
Third Parties
Fizzy Wizard does not knowingly employ, engage, instruct, retain, authorize, or otherwise rely upon any third party to provide magical assistance on its behalf.
This includes employees, contractors, vendors, consultants, service providers, fulfillment partners, agents, or other persons acting for or on behalf of Fizzy Wizard.
Any unauthorized magical activity undertaken independently by a third party without the knowledge or approval of Fizzy Wizard shall not be considered authorized use by Fizzy Wizard.
Products
Fizzy Wizard products are ordinary commercial goods.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, no Fizzy Wizard product is represented as magical, enchanted, spell-based, supernatural, or capable of producing magical effects.
No representation is made that any Fizzy Wizard product can:
- Grant wishes
- Confer magical ability
- Enhance magical ability
- Produce supernatural effects
- Alter physical laws
- Replace licensed magical services
- Perform any function other than that reasonably associated with the product itself
The use of wizard-related names, imagery, symbols, terminology, illustrations, branding, or product names does not imply that magic is used in the manufacture, preparation, operation, or sale of Fizzy Wizard products.
Incidental or Unintended Effects
The occurrence of an unusual, improbable, unexpected, unexplained, or otherwise uncommon event does not, standing alone, establish that magic was used.
A lack of an immediate conventional explanation should not be interpreted as evidence of magical activity.
Any determination regarding the use of magic should be based on the relevant facts and circumstances.
No Implied Authorization
Nothing contained on this website, in Fizzy Wizard advertising, product packaging, illustrations, promotional materials, communications, or other content shall be interpreted as granting, implying, or suggesting authorization for the use of magic.
References to wizardry, magic, spells, enchantments, or related concepts are used for identification, branding, descriptive, or creative purposes only.
Such references do not indicate that magical methods are used in Fizzy Wizard business operations.
Compliance
Fizzy Wizard intends to conduct all operations in accordance with applicable restrictions concerning the use of magic.
Reasonable measures are taken to ensure that business activities are completed using non-magical methods and that persons acting on behalf of Fizzy Wizard understand the applicable limitations.
Where an activity may be completed either magically or conventionally, the conventional method will be used.
Where a conventional method requires additional time, labor, effort, equipment, or inconvenience, that fact does not create an exception.
Reservation of Rights
Fizzy Wizard reserves the right to amend, revise, expand, or otherwise update this Disclaimer as necessary to reflect changes in operations, products, legal requirements, licensing conditions, regulatory expectations, or applicable magical restrictions.
No omission from this Disclaimer should be interpreted as authorization for any form of magical activity not expressly addressed herein.

Fizzy Wizard confirms that its products and business operations are conducted without the use of magic.
